We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated support engineer to join our threshold key management solution (KMS) team, with a primary focus on helping us ensure good service to our customers, partners, and community. You’ll be working shoulder-to-shoulder with a team of esteemed cryptographers and engineers, and play a pivotal role in ensuring the sustained excellence of Zama’s cryptographic solutions.
You will:
📞 Follow up on technical support queries and provide prompt feedback.
📝 Track and prioritize customer queries and issues, and escalate to the team as needed.
🐛 Contribute to bug fixes and features in the code base.
🔧 Establish solid troubleshooting processes.
🗺️ Work with team leaders to incorporate user feedback into roadmaps.
📚 Create and maintain documentation, and help make it a valuable source of information.
🌐 Organize community support and create an engaging environment for members.
📢 Keep users updated on upcoming developments and launches.
Bachelor's degree in computer science, software engineering, or related field.
3 years of proven experience in an engineering support role.
Experience in optimization and automation for customer support systems.
Experience working with blockchains.
Experience with threshold protocols (MPC).
Experience writing code in Rust.
Experience using AWS.
