Job Description

Zama is seeking a dedicated individual to coordinate marketing efforts for our Blockchain Division. This role will report directly to the Senior Operations Director and will also have a dotted line reporting relationship to the VP of Marketing in the company's Central Marketing Team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for executing strategic marketing initiatives for Zama's Blockchain Division that align with our broader company objectives of growth and lead generation.

  • Develop and implement innovative go-to-market (GTM) and growth strategies by collaborating with cross-functional teams—including product, engineering, business development, and the central marketing team—to enhance lead generation, conversion, retention, and revenue growth.

  • Formulate and execute detailed product and growth marketing strategies, working closely with the Central Marketing Team to effectively communicate and promote Zama's blockchain products and services, ensuring alignment with the team's requirements.

  • Lead the creation of impactful marketing materials for Zama's Blockchain Division, such as presentations, sales collateral, website content, webinars, and whitepapers. These materials should boost awareness, generate leads, and assist in customer acquisition efforts, while adhering to the Zama brand guidelines.

  • Analyze market trends, the competitive environment, and customer feedback to shape Zama’s product and marketing strategies.

  • Explore new growth hacking techniques, tools, and technologies to enhance marketing effectiveness and efficiency.

  • Employ data-driven insights to continuously refine and enhance marketing performance, conversion rates, and return on investment (ROI).

  • Collaborate with the Central Marketing Team to monitor, evaluate, and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and initiatives.

  • Contribute as a team player by assisting with the efforts of the Blockchain Ops and GTM teams in any capacity to help realize Zama’s vision.

Preferred Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.

  • Proven experience (5-7 years) in product marketing and/or growth, preferably in the deeptech or blockchain industry.

  • Demonstrated experience in developing and executing successful marketing campaigns across multiple channels.

  • Proven track record of driving measurable results and achieving growth targets through strategic marketing initiatives.

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, analyze trends, and identify actionable insights.

  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms such as Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, and marketing automation software.

  • Deep understanding of blockchain technology and its applications, with a track record of successfully marketing blockchain solutions.

  • Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear and compelling messaging.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Strong collaboration and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
